We offer our employees a fair and competitive salary as well as attractive benefits.

Salary

  • Competitive salary
  • 13th month’s pay

Insurance and social security

  • Progressive insurance coverage (private insurance worldwide in the event of an accident)
  • In the event of illness or accident ( if eligible ), employees are entitled to insurance benefits and receive the full salary until the 30th day and 90% of the monthly gross salary and allowances for a maximum of 730 days from the 31st day.
  • High-performing pension fund

Additional benefits

  • 50% subsidized public transportation pass (for employees working 50% FTE or more) or a financial contribution toward the purchase or maintenance of a bicycle
  • 40% discount on meals at the Market and 50% discount on meals in our in-house restaurants (Da Fortunat, The Essence, Campigiana and Umami).
  • Complimentary mineral water, coffee, and tea with lunch

Our progressive work models make work-life balance easy.

  • Flexible work hours (annual working time, 42 hours/week)
  • Paid overtime or reimbursement for additional work
  • Work from home (occasionally, as the job allows)
  • 25 days annual vacation for age 54 and under, 30 days for age 55+
  • Additional vacation award to longtime employees (2 weeks for 10 years of service, 3 weeks for 15 years of service, 4 weeks for 20 years of service)
  • EHL Passugg grants its employees a 15-minute paid break in the morning and afternoon.

  • Maternity leave of 112 days (16 weeks) at 90% salary
  • Two weeks of paid paternity leave within six months of the birth of the child.
  • Professional counseling and mediation free of charge
